Adult Cattle:1st €150 2nd €100 3rd €80 4^th – 8^th €60

Male/Female Calves:1st €60 2nd €50 3rd €40

Pairs: 1st €60 2nd €40 3rd €30

Rules:

No 3rd prize unless there are 4 entries. It is advisable that all exhibitors have their own insurance. Judging begins on show day at 11:30am sharp.

*Class May be amalgamated at the discretion of the Bantry Show Cattle Committee*

*If insufficient entries in classes *Male & Female classes may need to be combined*

T. B status: All animals must come from a herd which is not restricted and have had a clear herd test within the last 12 months. Calves ages 6 weeks and under must wear an approved ear tag and an identity card. 

Brucellosis Status: the department of agriculture and food requirements: 

A- All animals must come from herds which are not restricted.

B- certain animals (ex: females aged 24monthsand over and bulls 24 months and over) must have passed a test for Brucellosis within the previous 60 days. However, these animals may move to any number of shows within the validity period of the same 60-day pre-movement test.

All exhibitors must have a certificate of compliance.

All first prize winners debarred in subsequent classes except for Pairs Championship or special Prizes.
